On the evening of 25 May, during the Xylexpo Night, XIA-Xylexpo Innovation Awards were awarded, an initiative that came to its second edition. For the section "First working and transformation of the massive" the first place was awarded the Griggio di Reschigliano di Campodarsego (Padua) for "Unica Safe". Second place is the company Imal of San Damaso (Modena) for "Fbc200" and third place for "Superangle 600" of Salvador San Vendemiano (Treviso). For the "Panel Processing" section, the first place was won by Scm Group in Rimini with Stefani's "J-Shape" edge. Second, Biesse Group in Pesaro for Heat Control System and third in the Metal World of Pavia in Udine with "Turbo System". For "Finishing" first place Cefla di Imola for "iGiottoApp X2", 2nd place Biesse Group in Pesaro with "Opera R" and third place Emola Emola with "R-Evo".
